Hey, just a quick post to say I'm alive!

Now I don't know what the hell to do with my Xbox. Soul Calibur IV sucks balls, and I suck at shooters, which is mainly what the system has to offer (borrowed Rainbow Six Vegas from someone...major fail). I would trade it in except then I'd never see Vesperia again...what to do?

Anyway, LISTEN UP JERSEY FAGS! I will be coming to visit for a week on June 14th. Spread the word if you read this? Love you guys, can't wait till vacation!!

Things have been pretty tense. They laid off 240 people monday and they're overhauling the entire management system.

The position of 'Floral Manager'...no longer exists. I am now what they call a 'Fresh Foods Specialist' and the Produce Manager is my boss. I am getting paid the same and I'm lucky to have a job but...still it kinda sucks.

I've got to train Gary (produce guy) in floral and teach him how to do my orders and stuff so eventually he'll be able to run floral. You can see what they're trying to do, get one person to do the job of two. Just makes me wonder what they're gunna do with me when Gary is done being trained...

Same thing is happening to all the Seafood, and Food Service managers (they become a part of Meat, and Deli, respectively).

It's going to take some adjusting, to say the least.

edit: Oh and I just found out I'm going to be without my car for about a week. Some guy hit me and took off and it's going to take that long to fix. Yipee.

I like this meme alot. Like, I find it funny that most people don't know what a 'grinder' or a 'tag-sale' is. I remember confusing my NJ friends (how are guys anyway? I miss you!) with the latter, they had no idea what I was talking about. It's 'yard sale' down there. And 'aunt' is prounouced like 'ant'. Yep.

Nothing new, really. Still working, doing pretty good with the drums...life is okay? I would love to take a vacation, but that probably won't be possible till maybe March. Sigh. The responsibilities of Floral Sales Manager are great, haha.

So, that's what I've been up to. I wasn't just goofing around when I said I wanted to start a band! As soon as I'm competent enough, I hope to find some people to play with, preferably chicks. I mean, I guess I'd settle for a few dudes, at first, but one day I would definitely like to rock out in a all girl band. :D

The pink DS is new, too (I lost the old one, durhur). I almost got a Xbox instead, since they're cheaper now, but I just couldn't resist glorious Cecil in 3D, I guess.

Also, new Castlevania (with a cool female lead, oooooh) is coming out on the 18th, so, DS still owns my heart.

Finished reading Twilight, today. It was alright, I didn't think I would dig it, but I did. Thanks Liz!

Job is going well. I'm doing a fabulous job if the numbers are correct. Car is being a douche. I had a blowout on the highway (scariest experience to date) and I'm broke as hell after getting raped by my bank with overdraft fees. But, eh, life goes on.

Hey , doods, I finally got that promotion! Floral manager, uh. Whatever. It's a good gig for now. I will go back to school sometime I MEAN IT.
